Main difference between LW 4 & FW is, FW puts the downloads.dat file into the FW preferences folder similar to LW 4.18 & LW 5, whereas LW 4.16 & earlier placed the downloads.dat file into the downloads incomplete folder. The Downloads.dat file is the file which records the details of your incomplete downloads. This information about the downloads.dat file is only relevant if you should choose to delete your FW preferences folder and using FW 4.17 - 4.21.
