Frostwire is not working

My Frostwire is just not working - it is stuck at "starting connection.2 Help!

Its working - I just added POrt No 6346 or something to my firewall thingy on Norton- I got that from reading others posts on here! Yay!

But it is stuck on Excellent connection - it hasnt moved to Turbo connection
