What the he*l is the difference between Limewire and Frostwire??

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I've been using Limewire for years, switched to Acquisition for a while and came back. Now I see that there's Frostwire. Can someone PLEASE explain the difference between the two? And while I'm asking, what gives with all of those downloads that are 42 seconds long that are supposed to be songs, but are really Bill Clinton starting some stupid speech with "My fellow Americans..." I'm so glad there's someone to ask!!

There's a sticky in this FW section about FW & it's relationship to LW.
A search of this forum for clinton will yield heaps of threads about this spam.

in terms of familiar interface scarcely any difference at all. however frostwire is a free version of limewire pro, to offer the simplest explanation.
