I paid for a lifetime subscription, but my pc crashed. I want to reinstall it on my new pc, what do I need to do?

Bill, sounds like you have been SCAMMED. No such thing as a lifetime subscription.

Basic is FREE and Pro is offered for 6 months and just recently offered for a year.
