Problem with Previewing video files

I've searched to no avail, but if there is a thread to solve this I appreciate it :).
Whenever I try to preview a video file nothing happens at all.
I found out that whenever I explore the "incomplete files" section of my Frostwire program it takes me to the file that houses the "incomplete" file, instead of the "incomplete" file itself.
I have no idea how to fix this. Please help me.

EDIT:
Okay, as it turns out, I can only open the preview file that is made when I preview the video I want to watch. It won't open the file it's supposed to when I click the preview button.
If there's a way to fix this, it would be very much appreciated.
I'm a new Frostwire user, but have been using Limewire for awhile.

Your link doesn't work and never heard of that program/site

It's okay. For some reason previews now seem to be working fine.
It might've been an error upon opening, but it fixed itself.
Thank you all, nonetheless :)
