I had problems for two days, I was unable to search using frostwire as it constantly read poor connection. I tried to download the web link offered to cure the fix from frostwire. Admittedly it didn't work straight away but after many ardous attempts it did actual work and I have a turbo charged connection.I would suggest that you just have patience as it does actually work.
