help (firewall blocking)

I have downloaded the newest version of FW and keep getting a message which says you cannot access this programme as a firewall is blocking it SO i go to security and put in exemptions Gnutella 6346 close down and restart but i still get the same message i cant do anything cant access my library or search when i press ok or x on box nothing happens i have to close down by switching off at plug, ANYONE HELP.
