If I stop uploading will my downloads allways slow or shut down completely?
 

I know that some people make you share files or you wont be able to download from them but when my roomate wants to use the pc or i need the program to finish for some other reason I either set the upload rate really low or shut it off completely, I expect the people that have amin amount of files you have to share before they will upload to you, but do files on your computer that are marked for shared count as shared if the uplo oad slider is set to 0? I have noticed that whenever i limit (sometimes if i move it an inch to the left of unlimited I see my downloads start decreasing severly and it seems like its doing it even to the ones without restrictions.) I normally have upload on unlimited and i share all my files but there are times when it would be nice to do this.... anyway sorry for the long explination.
