Currently connecting, NOT FULLY connected

Whenever I try to search for a song, a message pops up that says limewire is currently connecting, your search may not return many results until it is fully connected...

HOW DO I FULLY CONNECT?

join the main room
type /join #support or /j #support

Who knows what Client she's using. She may not even know.
The only two she's missed is Phex and Bear.
