Auto-scan w/ installed antivirus?

Is it possible to tell FW to run every saved file by the installed security software before putting it in the 'saved' folder?

Most AV software does that automatically when the files are saved.
If you can configure your AV to do "on-close" scanning, that will add security.

PeerGuardian (freeware) may be of interest to you. Launch it before starting LW. Aaron's suggestion would still be a good idea, in case PG misses anything.
