What reads .jar Files?

You need to install JRE 1.3 (java runtime enviroment) on your coumputer. You can download it from www.javasoft.com

Then you can start this java program.

Reading things labeled "documentation", "readme", "how to", "frequently asked questions" and so on might help a lot, too.

This is called RTMF by some newsgroup addicts.
