Mhm, this looks like a part of Java 1.3 is missing. The so called collection framework, which is an API containing nice Objects like the Arraylist. If you want to be on the safe side try downloading the Java SDK 1.3 from sun.

(BTW, I'm on a Mac. OS 8.6, if that matters)

You need MRJ 2.2 or later if your on os 8.6, plus the swingal.jar.
Try downloading MacPhex 0.4.2 from the <a href="http://macxster.n3.net"> macXster</a> website.

Amazing coincidence. Same day, same problem. Down to the container.Process.event. I'm on MacOS 9.1 with MRJ 2.2.3. Freaky.

This happens whenever I try to download anything, from any server. I dowloaded swing.jar and installed it with the Applescript. Other than this one flaw, I really like Phex, keep up the good work http://forums.gnutelliums.com/smile.gif
