0.7.3 crash

I run Phex on OS/2 (eCS 1.0) with Java2 1.3.1
The version 0.7.1 work very well (using the command line "java -jar phex.jar"). This morning I tried the version 0.7.3, but I wasn't able to start it: after few seconds the program crashes with the following error messages:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at phex.download.swarming.SwarmingManager.loadDownloa dList(Unknown Source)
at phex.MainFrame.<init>(Unknown Source)
at phex.gui.common.GUIRegistry.initialize(Unknown Source)
at phex.f.main(Unknown Source)

What's the problem?
