it takes too long to download am I dooing something wrong? I'm a new user and I got the lastest version is the services suppose to run this slow?

Hello Unregistered,

there are at least two bottlenecks:

1. your internet connection
2. the other sides internet connection

So even if you have a fast connection, the download could be slow. You can advance your download rate if you download from multiple servers, just search for more candidates (this is performed automatically at a certain interval). If you have a slow connection maybe the gnutella network takes too much bandwidth adjust it down on the Phex preferences.
