Exclamation OS X: Phex Options bug

System:
Mac OS X 10.2.1

Software:
MacPhex 0.7.3

Problem:
If I go to Directories in the Phex Options dialog the Ok and Apply buttons no longer work. I can click them, but they don't do anything. All other parts of the Phex Options dialog work without this problem. It seems like the original Ok and Apply buttons get covered by new ones that don't do anything when Directories is loaded (you can see them overlap occasionally).

Any suggestions?
