NEW Phex 0.8 BETA build 33 released.

This is a very improved beta release of Phex 0.8 build 33.
It comes with:

Ultrapeer Connections
GWebCache support
Download and Upload Queuing
Partial File Sharing
Browse Host
Chat with Phex, Limewire and Shareaza users

It went through many bug fixing cycles, but you might still encounter a few minor bugs or problems. I would very much appreciate it, if you report anything you notice.
