It would be nice if phex could remember my window geometry and column order and their widths in all the tables when I exit and start it again so I
don't have to rearrange it always again.

I think this is an idea that we might introduce someday. But to solve it right and not with a quick hack this can be quite complicated and takes time to integrate.
Right now we focus more on Gnutella issues and they have more priority then GUI issues in my opinion. Phex has never been a nicely designed client like Limewire but offers awesome Gnutella features. Maybe this will change someday but for right now I hope you understand what we are up to.
