lost unfinished downloads

hey guys,

my notebook was over heating, so it ****ed off. i couldn´t close phex like you do that usually. when i reopend phex, all my unfinished downloads were gone :-((. does anyone have any idea how to restore them??? i´m using the java cross-platform version on suse 9.2
