Suggestion
 

First off, thanx for a great program. I have a wish/suggestion
for the next release.

I am behind a firewall, and as such, cannot download from
others who are also firewalled. However, PHEX will still show
these users in searches, candidate lists, etc. This wastes a
lot of time (and bandwidth). How about a switch/setting that
excludes firewalled clients from searches, candidates, etc?
