unable to download files

When I search for and select certain files to download they are listed, but they don't download. The message is waiting. the connection to host say either not, or failed

Which system do you use? (Windows, MacOSX, GNU/Linux, BSD, ...)

Which Version of Phex?

Can you attach an error.log?

I have the same problem. What could it be? I ave Windows XP
