I've recently been getting a No Disk Error from java when starting Phex. I've narrowed it down to a problem with the library. It seems that Phex looks at all my disk drives and tries to read from them all regardless of what I have specified as shared directories in the library. When i click on the library tab, the errors begin coming up repeatedly. Specs ======== - java 1.55.0_02. - Phex 2.4.2.86 - WinXP Pro SP2 -jerle

It's a flash card reader drive. It has about 4 different types of drives in the bay. I get a total of 7 errors... each one displays twice (so i get 14 messages, but 7 unique errors) In all, I have 7 different removable drives. Two burners, one floppy for decoration and the 4 flash drives. R- Adrian

The next Phex release should not display this error anymore. The Library was changed to only display shared dirs and not the whole file system. I hope this will also solve the problems for you.

There will be a separate directory chooser like you have it in the options to select a download or incomplete directory. I attached a image... And please if you run over problems that keep you from using Phex, please notify me about it, often I'm not aware of them.
