Phex 2.6.4 released

This is a critical BugFix-Release for Windows-Users.

Bugs were fixed, which kept "add folder to share" from working, and which could cause Phex to fail saving the configuration.

Additionally the GWebCache-System was improved for all platforms to filter out invalid caches, which could cause the numer of GWebCaches to rise beyond the 1.000-mark by returning thousands of GWebCaches.

I have upgrade from 2.4.2 to 2.6.4 few days ago and its working good.
I love the "Library" with new tree of shared folders - not with ALL system folders like in 2.4.2 :D

Of course Phex is powered by NetBSD operating system :)
