"unstreamableSuffixes" in phex.cfg Hi together! I´m wondering about some entries in my phex.cfg. There are some lines like: unstreamableSuffixes_11=pdf unstreamableSuffixes_2=zip unstreamableSuffixes_3=rar Could anyone tell me please what`s the meaning of this? Is it impossible to share pdfs for example? Thx for help! Max PS: I´m using I2Phex - a modified version of phex for anonymous I2P-Network (details on www.i2p.net) |
IT IS POSSIBLE to share / download pdf, zip rar and other types of files by default. Look at my screenshot: http://my.opera.com/pawelsz/homes/fi...les_upload.png |
Hi pawelsz, thx for answer! OK, its possible by default - but what´s the meaning of these entrys in the config-File? cu, Max |
Streamable suffixes define the file extensions which can be previewed before the download is finished. Unstreamable are the opposite, the file is useless unless fully downloaded. Well the preview function 'Copy for preview' is not working very well and quite difficult to configure. I think the preview can be somehow enabled if you specify: previewMethod_mp3 = path/to/executable Check this document for more info, but be aware that these things might change in the next release or get dropped completly... http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.p...ed.htm?rev=1.4 |
Hi GregorK! OK, now I get the infos. Thx for Your help! :) CU, Max |
