Phex 2.8.2 FINAL released
 

This Version delivers some bug fixes and an updated german localization.

The segment-selection for downloads now takes streameable files into account by preferencing the first part more strongly for these kinds of files.

Also quite much background work was done, whoose effects will still take a few Version to show up.
