Resetting to default

I have been juggling around with my options somewhat, and the latest version seems to be misbehaving so I'd like to reset the options to default. Is there a way to do this with out deleting the preference folder which would, I assume, do the job?

Delete the file phex.cfg or just the lines you like to reset inside this file.
