hi i am needin help bad i tried everything i was told but i am still firewalled and now it is saying i am not sharing and i cant find any of my files i downloaded or in the process of downloadin

Please give some additional information, so we can guess what's causing the problem:

* Which Operating System do you use (Linux, MacOSX, Windows, ...)?
* Which Program do you use (Phex, gtk-gnutella, LimeWire, ...)?
* How do you connect to the internet?
