Using SOCKS without "export host IP"

This is my scenario:

I have a DSL flat server running a socks proxy server (www.proxyplus.cz) on port 1080. The DSL connection is reset every 24 hours, so I do not have a fixed IP address:

My problem:

I want to use the SOCKS proxy without setting a fixed IP address. Can I do that ?

Because without setting the return IP address, the incoming connections go the proxy server (which would be my official IP address in the internet) and I can just do a port forwarding to my local client...
