Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm using Phex 0.6.3 with JRE 1.4.0

Sorry I was no able to access your server sooner...

There is nothing wrong. Gnucleus downloaded 3 parts of a file from you using swarming. It just did not disconnect cleanly 2 times. Most clients are doing it this way when downloading. Phex too.
