initial peer discovery (most host-caches are out of service)

Hi All,

what goes on with regard to the initial peer discovery? As far as I see most of connect servers are down now. How does the other clients connect? Is there any unified way for 0.6 clients to do that?

Regards,
Max

Well, the de facto standard is gwebcache at the moment, although BearShare doesn't use it and LimeWire should use it only the first time it connects to the network (assuming it is used regularly). AFAIK Morpheus doesn't make use of it either.
