Organize new protocol development
 

Hi,
do we have a central place and mailing list to discuss new protocol ideas, e.g. GnuX (btw, I don't like it very much)?
I would like to participate and I think a "IRC only" solution will not satisfy our requirements.

Where do I get the ideas which were discussed at IRC a week ago? Maybe a directory and the protocols should be made available online.

What do you think about starting a sourceforge project?
We get:
- homepage
- mailing lists
- discussions boards
- ...

GnuX is an proposal about we discussed... we can of course collect some ideas!
