First time caller... Would love some guidance

Quick snapshot~
G4 OSX, just downloaded limewire and (i think) the upgrade. My very first download plopped in as an 28 kb mpeg. Two odd things - it won't open with anything I've got (QT,MSMP. RP) and I've got a 'shadowing window' thing happening.

I hope you experts don't mind helping a fella out.

Very new to all this stuff.

mpgs files are usually bigger than 1MB, so if you downloaded such a small file, then it may be a bogus file, another file that has been renamed as mpg, or a virus.
