![]() OK, i'm a newbie at this - just installed gnut last night.. What I want to be able to do is to start gnut when my computer dials up the internet, which with Freeserve is every 2 hours :-( I have modified /etc/ppp/ip-up.local to include this line: gnut -d -i $4 which ensures that gnut knows the dynamic address that I have been allocated. Now, how do I issue commands to that copy of gnut, and how do I close it down again in /etc/ppp/ip-down.local ? Apart from that, it's very impressive! |
