when they are people who're willing to HELP too.
Usually it works like this, I help you and you help me
(or somebody else.)

Thats fair and is not one sided.

The most people here help registered and unregistered people in the same way... its Ok if you don´t want to register!

But I don´t know what do you mean with tracking? We are able to track you already... your IP is looked we don´t need an e mail address for it...
