Opening Firewall for Gnutella

Which ports do I need to forward through
my NAT/Firewall to enable gnutella?

It looks to me like of both servents
are behind a firewall, PUSH does not work.
Is this correct?
To make a download/upload does somebody need
to be able to accept a new incoming connection?
