Can the "messages" (pings) be optimised?
 

I'd like to know what information is contained in the messages each client sends for requesting information, because the options I see in lime (like type) imply, that these pings tend to contain more and more data.
So I wonder if these don't slow the network.
Are the coders working together on optimizing or is the problem already solved?
