I think you need to be a bit more specific about that question. What do you define with "the same"?

As I understand it he wants to know if he can find the same files with his searches...

You can reach with every client the same files, but you can´t search the whole Gnutella network so it depends on your hosts which files you will find and which not...

All files can be found, independent of the client (if the client is functional of course.).
The problem is that every client in the gnutella network has a limited horizon, so you cant find all files shared in the gnutellanet.
(Thats a problem in decentralised systems).

But like Morgwen said, it depends on what hosts you're connected to.
