Thanks for the post. That is a rediculous bill as far as I understand it: "The Conyers-Berman bill would operate under the assumption that each copyrighted work made available through a computer network was copied by others at least 10 times...."

What a crazy assumption.

Also, what the hell are movie studios worried about? Movie files can in no way compete with movie theater movies. Neither can they compete with movie dvd rentals. And rarely can they compete with movie dvd owning (dvd-equivalent rips are enormous files).
