Yeah,
But have you considered why?
Wouldnt you try to sue the hell if someone is stealing your property?

I know, I know, I'm quite Pro-Gnutella but this topic has two sides, consider both

I would be mad but they need to understand that they cannot ever stop P2P, it's impossible.

But, yes I would be mad if someone was stealing my songs

But even if Gnutella gets shut down then their will still be other client and other networks and other software that is for P2P.
