Gnutella Network being poisoned?

Searching for recent TOP 40 Music (i.e. Lifehouse - Spin) I have recieved large amounts of REALLY FAST (I mean 100+ Kb/s) all in the 66.x IP range, well most at least. Which have the song, when I get it, it is really just noise and is 16 minutes long of nothing. Many top 40's are now doing this... do you guys have any idea why this is happening?

I've seen many people complianing about this. These "bogus files" are attributed to the big American record labels, but nothing is official, and I'm just saying what I heard.

I see. It is very annoying and its happening more and more, damn soon you might not be able to find any "new" popular music.
