KaZaA Question

On the new KaZaA 2.0, there is a section that says "My Participation Level (x)"

Does anyone know what that means? It does not reflect the number of files that one may have available for sharing, so I don't see how the two relate.

Thanks!

:)

If you have a high participation level, you are preferred and get a higher priority in a download queue.
To get a higher priority you have to let people upload, by downloading your level sinks.

Also you get a higher priority if you rate files.

This feature gives the people motivation to share and help to contribute, I think its a good idea actually.

Well, I told Kazaa to share my MP3 directory, with over 200 MP3s in it, and it still says My Participation Level is Low (1).

Screw the leaving your computer on for the next 48 hrs to get a high participation level! You download one movie and it goes back to nothing. Get a program called KLCheater it can give you a high participation level (1000) Supreme Being!
