Incomplete downloads
 
I have tried to download several music files by a specific artist (*Edited*). There are thousands of files out there and everyone I try to download stops at 97% completion and never resumes. I have tried this on over 50 files over a period of several days. I haven't had this problem with any other files. Any ideas on what's going on?
