WHY DOES LIMEWIRE ALLOW NON SHARERS TO LOG IN THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONNECT IF THEY DON'T SHARE ANY ONE ELSE AGREE WITH ME.THEY SHOUYLD ONLY ALLOW PPL TO ADJUST THEIR UPLOAD SLOTS
