need help

Hi guys, I'm new to this and I keep getting this little box that comes up and says chat. How do I get a username and password for it. Do I already have one? help!

DID YOU HIT THE BOX THAT GAVE YOU CHAT WHEN YOU FIRST SETUP THE PROGRAM? IF NOT YOU MAY HAVE TO SINE UP FOR A NAME IF YOU DID TRY USEING YOUR USER NAME IN BLANK BAR

You need to tell us what client your using eg. Limewire, Bearshare etc.?
Then we can put your question to the right forum :)
