ANOTHER PARTY HAS CONTROL OF THAT SITE OR PAGE OR DOWNLOAD YOU ARE LOOKING AT AND IN MANY CASSES IS MEMBERS ONEY BY PASSWORD IT SUCKS BUT MANY SITES DO THAT NOW TO STOP PEOPLE THEY FELL ARE OUTSIDE THERE LITTLE GROUPS FROM SEEING THERE SITES AND DOWNLOADING THERE PROGRAMS ALL IN ALL IT IS ALOT OF CRAP
