Restarting Download

Why do the gnutella clients do not have a restarting feature, like RSET in common FTP or RANGE in http?

It would make life much easier!

I don't know which client you use but actually most client have a feature like this.
I recommend using Phex. It's very advanced in this area. It's able to resume from different hosts.
