disconnected/files not available

Could anyone tell me why the red light is always on saying disconnected/files not available. My green light will be on for a while then change to red. This will stay on sometimes for a very long time! It used to run fine, what's wrong now?

I don't know what's wrong. It's usually some local problem. Either you installed some software (firewall, NAT ?) that is not compatible or your ISP started blocking gnutella.

Are you using LimeWire?

If so.... One of the Mods can move this thread to the LimeWire forum, where you may get more specific help :)
