Qtrax is dead! Finally!
 

on www.qtrax.com they state: "In support of recording artists, Qtrax has voluntarily suspended access to its product until the release of a new generation of music download software which will distribute royalties to the artist. "
This is pure hyprocrisy, but who cares! Great news to everyone, for those who didn't know Qtrax was bringing Gnutella down by being aggressive in every department I can think of. Great, now Xolox....

Xolox doesn't seem to be much better than QTrax. In fact it has one of the most aggressive search algorithms after QTrax and Mutella.

Although they have tuned down their requery frequency with v1.5, it's far from being ideal.
