The RIAA has to bring a case against US users in US courts. |
Trap_Jaw, do you see why I didn't reply? There are people who come up with very weird ideas where it just makes no sense to discuss it... Okay jlogajan, you're right, program a client using the scheme and we will see what happens. BTW: Hotline uses an agreement screen before connecting too where you have to agree the terms, so what |

Okay bring up your concept in the GDF... I'm writing a client so I should kinda have more practical experience and so I should know what is possible and what not :) |
trap_jaw3 and trap_jaw4? What's up? I mean are you the real trap_jaw? If so why make a new name? |
Agree to xyz in the header Couldn't you make this invitation a simple ref-part in the headers? And besides: If sharing and downloading is illegal in germany is yet to decide by the courts. The music industry sure doesn't want to try it, before having those fragging new laws through. A German firm doesn't have the right to snoop on you in that way. It would be plain illegal in Germany, so you can sue them, I think. Personal data protection. That doesn't mean, it would stop them. PS: Germany is where I live. |
