The Riaa and Mp3's
 

I am new too p2p and i downloaded about 9 mp3's off the limewire network (gnutella) plus i got about 100+ mp3's from the apple itunes store that i paid for...And i was woundering the mp3's off the gnutella network are they safe and illigule for the united states users to have?

I dont share my files i turned off all sharing on my mac and on the limewire application so i dont got any files i share or any shared folders...I just use limewire for mp3's thats all..So am i safe?

You are for now I guess what someone out there is doing now is makeing softwere that dumps dummy mp3 files into the p2p system so one thinks there uploading a mp3 file that turns out to have nothing on it
