Help

I just changed over my connection from modem to cable. I use Gnucleus and Limewire. Limewire connects at port 6346, with a modem I got hundreds of connections, now nothing. It attempts to connect then doesn't find connecting nodes. Gnucleus used to report heavy connections at port 6346, with modem, now all my connections are at 6347, so so backward, I'm not getting any connections on limewire, limited connections on gneucleus, and download on gneucleus with a cable modem is just a trickle. Standard downloads, like shareware, etc. from ftp. is great, but this is unbearably hard to comprehend. Any directional info would be appreciated, I'd hate to have to trickle back to 56K., thanks jm

To me, this looks as if your ISP has blocked port 6346.
Try to make sure if that really is the case and if so, change your ISP.
